Time has flown by, and Rein is celebrating its 15th anniversary. On behalf of the Board of Directors, I would like to offer my heartfelt congratulations on this milestone. Reflecting on our accomplishments over the years, I am filled with immense pride. As we stand at the threshold of a new chapter, we carry with us both gratitude for the past and excitement for the future. Together, let's build an even more brilliant future for Rein.

From Modest Beginnings to a Flourishing Era

Since our inception in 2009, Rein has sailed forward with the drive of "ambition" and "endeavor", propelled by the values of "innovation" and "excellence". We have thrived through the changing tides of time. What started as a manufacturer of natural gas storage and transportation equipment has now transformed into a leader of hydrogen and clean energy equipment, as well as a provider of innovative solutions. Today, Rein's products and services span hydrogen, natural gas, electronic specialty gases, rare gases, and other industrial gases, achieving several historic milestones along the way.

In 2019, Shenergy Group became the largest shareholder of Rein. Under the leadership of Shenergy Group, Rein entered a new phase of growth. We have steadily expanded our presence in both Chinese and international markets, and strengthened our position in the hydrogen industry. From 2019 to 2023, Rein experienced rapid and sustained growth, establishing itself as a leader in gas storage and transportation equipment sector. Our contributions to major global events like the Beijing 2022 Winter Olympics and the Paris 2024 Olympics have proudly demonstrated the prowess and strength of Chinese hydrogen companies on the global stage.

Fostering Synergy to Propel the Hydrogen Industry

Positioned as a vital component of Shenergy Group's full-spectrum hydrogen strategy, Rein has capitalized on its expertise in critical areas of hydrogen storage and transportation. In alignment with Shenergy's "Three Verticals and Three Horizontals" strategy, Rein has collaborated on a range of green hydrogen projects, hydrogen refueling station equipment integration and engineering construction projects, and hydrogen-powered smart tram projects. These efforts have facilitated the deployment of products in diverse demonstration scenarios, driving industry collaboration and growth.

Our commitment to innovation has led to groundbreaking products such as China's first 45MPa and 90MPa hydrogen storage cylinder assemblies as well as 20MPa and 30MPa carbon fiber winding gas cylinder tube bundle containers. We remain focused on developing even higher-pressure, larger-capacity, and more secure and reliable advanced products. In 2023, we established a joint venture with France's Plastic Omnium, PO-Rein (Shanghai) Energy Technology Co., Ltd., to introduce cutting-edge Type IV hydrogen storage cylinder technology. This partnership tackles critical challenges, bolsters Shenergy Group's "Three Verticals and Three Horizontals" strategy, and builds a Shenergy-specific full hydrogen value chain, thereby playing a pivotal role in the advancement of China's hydrogen sector.

Rein plays a pivotal bridging role in Shenergy Group's full hydrogen industry chain that spans production, storage, transportation, refueling, and utilization. We continue to push forward in establishing ourselves as a world-class manufacturer of hydrogen and clean energy equipment, as well as a service provider of innovative business integration solutions. Our dedication to green development is central to our actions, as we invest more in energy conservation, emission reduction, green manufacturing, and corporate governance, while continuously refining our lean operations. Our goal is to lower carbon emissions across the value chain, help customers reduce their environmental impact, and contribute to the realization of the "dual carbon" goals. In addition, we actively engage in social welfare and ecological development, championing corporate social responsibilities and striving for a balanced outcome of economic and environmental success.
